Inclusion and Diversity Manager
The Inclusion and Diversity (I & D) Manager serves as the chief inclusion and diversity officer and human resources manager for the organization. The I & D Manager provides leadership for the organization’s diversity initiatives to enhance the development of an inclusive and diverse work environment that mirrors the organization’s communities of service and promotes best practices in working with under-represented populations.
Qualifications: Degree in human resources, or related field. Experience in developing mechanisms to create an inclusive and diverse workforce and enhancing culturally competent service provision. Certification, or the ability to be certified by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Experience in non-profit human resource management preferred.
Salary: $48,000 – $52,000 (based on experience) + full benefits
