The Centre County Child Access Center (CAC) was created through a community collaboration lead by Judge Thomas Kistler in 2007. The mission of the CAC is to promote the physical and emotional security of children and their families and provide a safe and supportive environment for monitored custody exchanges and supervised visitations.
