How good is this detox drink? Reviews will tell you it really works, despite the amount of additional water you have to consume alongside it. I’m going to cover everything for you. Who makes it, ingredients, instructions, and what Jazz Total Detox results typically are
Once you’ve got the lowdown on Jazz detox drink results, I’ll then compare it to the market leader called Rescue Cleanse.
Who Makes Jazz Detox?
Jazz detox products, both drinks and pills, are made by company called ‘House of Jazz’.
I don’t really know anything about them, as there is little information to find. The website is quite outdated, using a shopping cart that is at least 10 years old.
They sell the following key products:
- Jazz detox drink 10 fluid ounces
- Jazz detox drink 16 fluid ounces
- Jazz detox pills
There are a lot of reviews online, and at best, it’s mixed. From the highly positive to the downright angry (who wants to fail a drug test?).
How Should A Detox Drink Work In Your Body?
A detox drink should contain ingredients, alongside just enough liquid, to achieve the following:
- Flush out toxins at a faster rate than can be achieved naturally.
- The rate of elimination creates a gap before your body catches up, usually around five hours if the detox drink is strong enough.
- The detox drink floods your body with common compounds found in urine. By flooding your body, even though you have diluted yourself with lots of water, the right things will still be found in your urine.
- Finally, good quality detox drinks contain vitamins and minerals to stain your urine the correct color.
Can Jazz detox drink achieve all this – we’ll have to look at the ingredients list to determine if it can.
Ingredients
Jazz detox claims to be herbal ingredient free, which somewhat limits the compounds it can use to accelerate the removal of toxins from the body.
Here are the key ingredients that jazz detox contains:
- Taurine
- L-lysine monohydrochloride
- L-tyrosine
- Potassium chloride
- Niacinamide
- Zinc oxide
- D-calcium pantothenate
- Vitamin B2
- Creatine monohydrate
Although some of those ingredients can help with urine balance, and can help with liver function, kidney function, and metabolism, overall, it’s an uninspiring list, especially when you consider you are only getting 10 fluid ounces of liquid, or 16 fluid ounces in the larger bottle, of which only a very small proportion are active ingredients.
Jazz Detox Drink Instructions
These instructions are for the 16 ounce bottle, and they differ slightly to the 10 ounce bottle instructions.
- Drink the contents of the bottle over about 10 minutes.
- Fill the bottle with water and drink that. Then fill the bottle again and drink that water as well, for a total of 48 fluid ounces of liquid.
- Over the next 30 – 60 minutes, try and urinate at least three or four times before urinating to submit your sample.
As you can see, the instructions are pretty straightforward. You are drinking a lot of additional water though, on top of the contents of the bottle.
For the 10 fluid-ounce size they recommend drinking another three bottles full of water, for a total of 40 fluid ounces, of which only one quarter is the actual detoxification liquid.
Also, the instructions also say “at least” two or three additional bottles filled with water. Meaning that they actually encourage you to drink even more – which will evidently dilute your urine further.
Jazz Total Detox Results – Does It Work?
Jazz detox drink is affordable and popular, but does it actually work to pass a drug test?
For me, it’s dubious. Testing this, even the larger bottle size, I failed a home drug test, and my urine looked almost clear because of the volume of liquid I had consumed to meet the instructions. The list of ingredients doesn’t really work for me either. Analyzing the main ingredients that do the heavy lifting, there aren’t many of them, and the doses aren’t very high either.
And, in excluding herbal ingredients, they are missing a trick because there are several superb herbal ingredients that really help to draw toxins out faster, aiding the kidneys and liver, and exhilarating metabolism.
Plus, they ask you to consume so much water with so few ingredients that can replace the things flushed out, but I just don’t see how your urine could ever appear balanced and natural when validity checks are done in your sample prior to a urinalysis.
Also, they claim this is a permanent detoxification agent, and not a masking agent. That is simply not true; all detox drinks are temporary masking agents – in lying, they broke my trust immediately.
Overall, my conclusion here is that Jazz total detox results are patchy an,d it’s a cheap cleansing drink that I wouldn’t really trust to pass an important drug test (or any drug test).
