The essence of Chinese cuisine is best captured by its home cooking, thanks to the ability of ordinary Chinese home cooks to transform humble and largely vegetarian ingredients into wonderful delicacies. Southern Chinese, in particular, are blessed with diverse fresh produce available to them all year round, and are known to have the most varied and exciting ways with vegetables. This dinner, while serving a few heavenly meat dishes, will showcase an array of magnificent flavors created with largely vegetarian ingredients. Healthy and delicious, second to none.
