Legal Representation in Family Law & Immigration Remedies
The CCWRC Civil Legal Representation Project (CLRP) provides free legal assistance, advice, and representation to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking in Centre County. The main areas we can provide assistance in include: divorce, custody, child/spousal support, property, protection from abuse orders, and immigration issues. These areas of the law can present complicated and emotionally difficult issues to deal with. It is best to have an attorney not only trained in these areas of the law but one who also understands the unique dynamics of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking so that your needs (and your children’s) are best met. The CLRP attorney and staff can help you to address these needs.
If you are in need of legal assistance and to determine if you are eligible for our services, please call 1.877.234.5050 to speak with an advocate about your legal needs and for a referral to the CLRP.
